Kerstin Böller

Kerstin Böller works as Senior Legal Counsel in the global Data Protection and Privacy Team at SAP SE. In this role, she steers the international Data Protection and Privacy Coordinators Network and serves as a liaison to the China Cyber Security Law Project. In addition, she advises internal clients on strategic projects and new business models with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.  Kerstin also aligns closely with SAP´s Sustainability Team on topics like Data Ethics. During her legal clerkship, Kerstin worked for the German-Swedish Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Stockholm and for the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Beijing.  She studied law at Heidelberg University and Uppsala University, Sweden and holds a Law degree from Heidelberg University as well as an LL.M. in Sustainability Law from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
