Dr Wang Bo currently holds the positions of assistant to CEO of iFLYTEK Co., Ltd., and President of the iFLYTEK Youth Federation. Wang Bo received his PhD in Engineering from USTC and PhD of USTC-MIT joint program. During his PhD career, Wang Bo studied under the guidance of Dr Li Jiangang, academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, with a special research focus on predicting plasma disruption using machine learning algorithms based on the disruption database collected by laboratory fusion devices EAST and Alcater-Cmod. Bo has also conducted some excellent work for MIT PSFC laboratory as the participant of a half-year exchange program, during which he published two SCI papers as first author and formed collaboration with German ASDEX-U. During his college years, Bo has served as vice president of the student union, secretary of the CCP's USTC Institute of Nuclear Sciences and Engineering, won the State Scholarship twice and USTC "Industrial Responsibility" Scholarship once. In 2014 Wang Bo was selected by the JST "SAKURA Exchange Program in Science" and had a tour in Japan visiting Japanese enterprises of various types and interacting with local youth. In 2016 after receiving his doctor degree Bo jointed iFLYTEK Big Data research institute as core technology researcher, responsible for advertising related algorithms within consumer business group. In April 2017 Bo accepted the position of assistant to CEO and since then helped the leadership in corporate management and global business. He has accompanied the CEO to attend CES2018 in Las Vegas and held business meetings with world-renowned companies such as NVIDIA, Hewlett-Packard, Google and Facebook in Silicon Valley. He has contributed to the strategic alliance between iFLYTEK and MIT. Starting from July 2018 Wang Bo has taken additional duty as the President of the iFLYTEK Youth Federation.
